Chase Field Smackdown. Unkind words are uttered about our favorite barn... (all or most of them true, mind you)

They seemed to have missed the best Bar & Grill outside of the ballpark.

Look, we never thought letting the fans determine the rankings was foolproof. Or maybe Diamondbacks fans like a ballpark that has plenty of lights and buzzers but all the character of an office park. Maybe they like substandard baseball. Maybe they like having few public transportation options to get to the game. Ticket prices aren't bad and the weather is good, so Chase Field has those things going for it, but it doesn't seem to have much to define it aside from the pool in the outfield, and last we checked, MLB didn't keep any records for pools.

Ouch, that's pretty harsh for a park that ranked 16 out of 30. The only bitch I have about that is the public transportation line. Has the author ever been to Phoenix? People here don't use public transportation for anything.

The article is based on a fan survey. The results are what the fans think. It is not surprising that New Yawkers and Bostonians are unhappy. They are unhappy about everything.

I was surprised that some people in Phoenix thought public transportation was an option. Does anyone know anyone who uses public transporation to get to and from the ball game?

i tried to take a bus once from my apt in tempe on university down to asu, a couple miles away, also on university. three fucking miles.

i ended up in central phoenix with a hobo laying in my lap, licking my thighs.

on one hand, i've paid more and gotten less, you know? but on the other hand, it was a hobo. so i've never taken the bus again.

I plan on a 120.00, whether it's with the kids or not. somehow or another, it always comes out to that, and I always buy the peanuts from the vendor out front and share with everyone, but no one ever wants my nuts.

You should have seen the size of his nuts.....biggest bag I ever saw.

Josh said he usually goes home with half his nuts, (much like Melvin) however on this night Josh went home without any nuts at all.
