With Terry Glenn out, Patrick Crayton gets the start at home vs. the Giants.
Meanwhile, Mark Clayton is coming back from an ankle injury, and although he has practiced, he hasn't played since the first pre season game I think. He has a favorable matchup vs. the Bengals secondary, but how often will they go to him his first game back?
Obviously I drafted Clayton much higher than Crayton, and under normal circumstances, would never bench him for Crayton.
But is this a time to take a chance?
By the way, our league scores 1 pt for a reception, 1 point each 10 yards receiving, 6 points for receiving TD. If they throw a lot of dinks to Crayton, and leave the long stuff to T.O.....Crayton still gets his points thanks to the point per reception.
If Baltimore limits the amount of times they throw to Clayton this week, then he HAS to get in the end zone to get me any points.
These are my thought processes and why I am considering Crayton over Clayton.
