Crazy game. Down by 6 in the 9th and you end up winning by 3. Insane.

I agree. Kinda different when you have to catch a bus coming back down and you only have 30 minutes after the final out Laughing

(If you wondered, I usually leave at the 2 out in the bottom 9th, unless we are rallying to walkoff.... my alltime extra innings record is 3-1... the only loss was this past June 23rd)

I was going to say, "Yeah, and we traded him for some scrub pitcher" but decided against it.

And before I get flamed by a certain individual, It was pure sarcasm. I know Haren has been very good.

Giants announcer calls Rockies a bunch of cheaters! Shocked

"There's a feeling that the Rockies are doing something with the humidor-stored baseball, and sometimes late in games when the Rockies need help, that some non-humidor baseballs slip into the mix," Miller said. "Nobody has been able to prove it. . . . But to me it's something that baseball needs to address."

HOLY CRAP.

Quote:
Colorado Rockies closer Huston Street was hospitalized Tuesday after being hit in the inner pelvic area with a line drive during batting practice at Coors Field. Street was playing catch with some teammates in right field when he was hit by the line drive that came off the bat of teammate Ian Stewart.

According to a team trainer, Street lost consciousness "two or three times" in the 15 minutes before an ambulance arrived and sustained a ball-shaped black and blue mark on his body.
