One, Diane Wood, has liberal appeal. The other two, Elena Kagan and Merrick Garland, could attract support across a wider spectrum.

No way should Obama appoint a moderate, Bush got two very conservative justices, turnaround it fair play.

Hatch tossed out Hillary Clinton as a candidate he's heard talked about. Personally, I think she is too old for a nominee. She's already 62, I want someone who can serve 20-30 years.
