I play historical fantasy baseball on Imagine Sports (formerly Simnasium). I just formed a new team and I chose Chase Field as my home ball park for the first time. So I'm thinking of setting my pitching by historically good ground ball pitchers. Looking at BR, I can't seem to determine statistically who was a good ground ball pitcher. Suggestions?

In this particular league, my payroll is capped at $100 million, and big names cost big money. Fox example, Babe Ruth runs $30 mil, while Cy Young runs $14.2 mil.
